As President and CEO of DMS, Tara is a dynamic leader, committed to the success of our firm, and ultimately, our clients.
She is the sole director and is responsible for all operations and management services, as well as the continual development and maintenance of client relationships. With 15 years of experience in the construction consulting industry, she has extensive knowledge of the A/E/C procurement processes, as well as those affiliated with Federal and municipal governments. Tara’s working knowledge, and 12 years at DMS, allows for a seamless relationship when working with clients from start to finish. She has continuously secured an average of $500 million dollars (construction value) of work per year for DMS.
