DMS provided cost estimating services for the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse. This 33-story, 720,000 sf US District Court for the Southern District of New York and home for the Second Circuit Court of Appeals is a designated New York City landmark listed on the National Register of Historical Places. Estimating services were provided for the replacement of building systems from electrical to HVAC to plumbing, as well as exterior restoration work of the roof. Interior restoration and integrated green design approach is also involved with this project.
