The $79 million Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center redefines the artistic and physical landscape of the campus and Prince George's County. Occupying 318,000 square feet and situated on a 17-acre site at the University of Maryland, College Park, the Center was designed to serve diverse regional audiences as well as campus departments and residents.

DMS provided a full range of consulting services including; Design Phase Cost Estimating, Work Packaging, Cost Reconciliation and Negotiations with CM, On-going Value Engineering and Cost Control, Design and Quality Review, Bidding Procedures and Documentation, Change Order Cost Estimating, Contract Negotiations and Award, Cost Reporting and Control.
