Residence Hall Renovations
Additions and extensive renovations were estimated for the tow; five-story dormitory buildings, Mason and Randolph Halls located on the the UMW campus. This project consists of a complete renovation of interior finishes, replacement of fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. Approximately 108,686 gross square foot facility.
Cost: $27.1 MM
