Porter Neuroscience Research Center
The Porter Neuroscience Research Center will be a multidisciplinary neuroscience research laboratory dedicated solely to research of the brain. Completed in 2006 at a cost of $400 million, the center totals 548,114 SF. This state of the art facility consists of:
- 420,000 SF of research laboratories
- 12,000 SF of lab administrative offices
- 80,000 SF of animal research facilities
- 8,000 SF auditorium
- 10,00 SF cafeteria
- 20,000 SF of public space/atrium
